The Customer Service Team Lead (or Manager) is responsible for overseeing the order management process and ensuring exemplary customer service delivery. Under the direction and guidance of the Senior Director Investments, Data Centres, take ownership and responsibility to:

§ Lead fund management for various fund mandates under ESR’s data centre platform
