Role Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of infrastructure projects supporting the business and project team. The candidate will own the project schedules, resources planning, providing project update, manage project risks and issues.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project phases from initiation to closing.
• Accountable to meet the project schedule and owns the project budgets.
• Responsible for the IT cost estimates based on the project deliverables.
• Manage the procurement process to order the IT bill of materials and adhering to the procurement processes.
• Lead the RFQ or RFP as required.
• Identify any risks and issues that may impact timeline, deliverables and develop, communicate, and implement migration plan(s) and corrective actions.
• Submit weekly project status report.
• Regular team status meetings and stakeholders’ meetings. Communicate with appropriate reports.
• Experience in steering and controlling, planning, facilitation and documentation
• Create project lesson learned and establish project best practices to improve future projects.
• Manage the IT Infrastructure project deliveries below, or any assigned projects tasks. Offices renovations: Hotels renovations, Attraction enhancement works or new build, Casino renovations.
• Prepare cost estimates for IT infrastructure project.
• Ability to understand Floor plans to design IT structure cablings.
• Able to use AutoCAD floor plan using the Autodesk viewer.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology, System Engineering or relevant fields.
• At least 5 years’ experience in project management and/or consulting experience.
• At least 2 years project management experience in Network infrastructure upgrade/integration including IT cabling installation with proven technical management knowledge.
• Have at least one External Project Management Certification; The basis for all Project Managers must have knowledge of Project Management Methodology.
• Minimal CAPM (Certified associate in project management) or 5 years project management experience.
• Certified PMP (Project Management Professional)
• At least 3 years’ experience on network switches and Wireless AP implementation.
• At least 3 years of IT structure cabling experience with knowledge to lead cabling design.
• Construction site experience and comfortable to perform site progress checks.
• Understand Construction management methods for both real estate building and IT construction.

• Lead the tender team to prepare tender submission for new building construction projects.
• Handle tender works and provide the directions on planning, construction technique, quality of tender submission documents, risk and issue management, tender price negotiation with suppliers and subcons for finalization.
• Check tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria.
• Manage the presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.
• Prepare technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board.
• At least 7 years as a Project Manager experience in tendering of new Building Construction Projects in Singapore for Mega Projects.
• Strong knowledge in all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, and scheduling and able to understand project implications.

• Clear and open communication with customers on project issues or clarifications
Business Development
• Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customer and liaise with the Account Manager(s) for development of that opportunity
• Be involved in pre-sale activities
Team Management
• Liaise with team members to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are proceeding according to schedule
• Plan, track and monitor the tasks assigned to the team leader/ members
• Delegate tasks effectively by providing clear and specific instructions and goals
• Provide leadership to the project team to ensure that proposals/enhancements are fully analysed and evaluated for their benefits and costs

Job Description:

The Access & Identity Management (AIM) team is a critical component of Global Information Security and is responsible for controlling and maintaining secure access across the technology estate. The team ensures that all users have appropriate access to technology systems and resources within the Firm.

The AIM administrator is responsible for user administration functions across all technology platforms and applications, including:

· Managing user accounts, permissions and entitlements in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, UNIX, Cloud (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP), 350+ business applications and BlackRock’s state-of-the-art trading and asset management platform, Aladdin.

· Maintaining appropriate user entitlements throughout the employee lifecycle (Joiners/Movers/Leavers).

· Project work relating to system migrations and onboarding new systems to AIM management.

Knowledge/Experience:

· Experience performing user administration in a Windows Active Directory environment, and a Microsoft Azure Entra ID.

· Experience in granting NTFS permissions for folders/files in a Windows Distributed File System Environment.

· Experience performing user administration tasks for various in-house and third-party applications.

· Experience in Exchange administration Exchange Admin Center (both ECP, EAC): creating and maintaining mailboxes, distribution lists, contacts and public folders.

· Knowledge of enterprise-level Identity Management systems (e.g. SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta).

· Experience administering 2FA remote access solutions (e.g RSA, Duo, etc)

· Knowledge of Information Security principles and ability to adhere to SSAE16 and SOX audit requirements pertaining to Identity & Access Management (Role-Based Access Control, access governance, detail-oriented, obtaining and documenting approvals, etc).

· Experience with ticketing/workflow management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA).

· Basic familiarity with UNIX command-line execution.

· Basic familiarity with PowerShell command in both Office 365 and on-prem Exchange.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Understand market business models and e-commerce maturity ability to align features and value based on market needs to achieve Online Sales targets
• Owning Demand Process for e-commerce enhancements and features
• Provide consultancy, support & updates to Markets and General Distributors in terms of digitalization of retail business.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Information Management Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in Business Analyst role in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders across various business units, driving process improvements
• Ability to manage and prioritize backlog effectively with multiple timelines and projects running in parallel
• Experience in Agile/Scaled Agile working methodology preferred
• Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required;
• Strong analytical and abstraction skills
