Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Specialist (New Mobility Project) – Technical Development Team.

JOB SUMMARY

Manage and execute projects including planning, design, testing and executions of solutions to ensure that the project is delivered on time and met to the project objectives.

Job Scope:

• Manage and support small to medium mobility solutions project to ensure that the project is delivered and met to the project objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system functional requirements and translate them into technical requirements and System Design for development
• Perform solution testing including functional and interfaces, etc from test strategy, test planning, design, execution and management of test program and problem resolution
• Manage UAT issues diligently ensuring that all reported cases are resolved promptly with minimize impact on the project timeline
• Execute solution deployment activities and provide technical support and appropriate correction action for post implementation to ensure smooth business operations
• Involve along development lifecycle for both in-house development and contract- based development to ensure solutions system is design, implement and test according to technical standard and best practice.
• Supports Global/regional technical solutions rollout to SEA region
• Work closely with Business Team team to create business strategic and product and technical roadmap for future business.
• Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise’s competitive edge.
• Continuous improve working process, development efficiency.
• Support other strategic initiatives projects as assigned by Management

Requirement:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experiences
• At least 1 year of IT/Technical Solution System Development Experience with strong knowledge in SDLC.
• Experience in MaaS, Smart solutions and IoT Project
• Experience in IOT/connectivity device, front-end, back-end systems design and application API
• Experience in IT project management
• Experience in product discovery (product vision, user needs, business objectives, technology feasibility, UI and UX design)
• Prototyping & wireflaming using open source tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch,etc)
• Technical knowledge for programming language e.g. Python, .NET or Java
• Good business acumen with excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into technical solutions
• Good initiator with strong multi-task and time management skill
• Strong communication ability (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all level of stakeholders across functions to drive and facilitate requirement study
• Ability to travel to SEA Region

Description for Agile Developer (Testing Environment)

• Strong knowledge or experience of coded software testing using Python, or C
• C++, familiar with unit test framework is a strong advantage.
• Experience of creating test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
• Knowledge of source control tools is required – git is preferred.
• Well versed in the full software development lifecycle (Agile practice)
• Ability to work in teams or independently, action-oriented, and possesses strong drive for results

This is one year renewable contract

Responsibilities
• Yearly roadmap planning with all stakeholders.
• Managing project and BAU financial for the country
• Accountable of end-to-end delivery of assigned releases
• Defining the end-to-end release plan and communicate to all the stakeholders.
• Track and deliver release as per release plan.
• Work with partners and negotiate to align their schedule against DBS release schedule.
• Manage the engagement of delivery resources for projects.
• Actively manage and influence a range of stakeholders (e.g. delivery managers, vendor partners and business stakeholder). including negotiating hard deadlines, delivery issues, critical success factors, pushing back on what cannot be delivered, foreseeing issues and proactively discussing them with stakeholders and escalating issues as appropriate to resolve them effectively.
• Manage and mitigate the release risks
• Manage the DBS change management process for every release
• Constantly measure the project development and provide solutions for complex situations that impacts the progress
• Deliver stable solutions, enable production handover and ensure appropriate support and ownership in place for all delivery.
• Capacity planning for the ongoing new release and upcoming releases

Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Software engineering similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
• Must have minimum 10 years’ experience working in project delivery of which 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record delivering large complicated IT projects with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with Agile development methodologies. ScrumMaster experience preferred.
• Passion to learn new technologies and drive major transformation. • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
• Ability to be nimble, proactive, comfortable working with minimal specifications
• Self-starter and possess excellent problem solving skill
• Excellent team player and team builder
• Must have exceptional communication, organization, time and risk
management skills

Contract period - one year extendable contract

Must have skills : Java, Spring Boot ,microservices
Good to have : AWS and PostgreSQL
Exp : 5-10 years
• Microservices design and development using Spring boot, Jackson, API , AXWAY /KONG API Gateway,Apache tomcat,Java, JSON API, Oracle and AWS/Openshift cloud.

Contract period - 6 months extendable contract
