Responsibilities:

• Purchasing

1. Check and process Purchase Order (PO) based on sales order.
2. Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods, receiving, and invoicing.
3. Checking supplier’s invoices with supporting documents such as PO & Delivery Orders (DO).
4. Assist and support to spear head on all cost saving, reduction program and activities.
5. Liaise and negotiate with vendors on required products/ services for the best price and payment terms.
6. Compare and evaluate pricing proposals from vendors.
7. Responsible for verification of discrepancies supplier’s invoice & DO with PO
8. Follow up & ensure Credit Note (CN) has been received for goods returned or over billed.

• Inventory

1. Work closely with warehouse team on maintaining the stock list – identify the stocks and SB items
2. Ensure loan inventory and SB items are monitored and actioned weekly.
3. Check and create pre-order list and ensure that the sales team is aware on the available stocks in warehouse.
4. Lead the preparation on stock take exercise and prepare the necessary steps before conducting stock take.
5. Work with the store manager and marketing teams for any promotions (sales mechanics).
6. Liaise with the store manager on monthly buy calendar based on brand product launch, new brand set-ups in the store.
7. Work with the customer service team on customers’ return before submitting claims with vendors. To prepare replacement orders for customers (if any).

• Logistics

1. Monitor shipment and update the Costing & Purchasing and sales team for any incoming shipments and/ or delays.
2. Prepare and send tally sheet to warehouse team 1 week before shipment arrival.
3. Report to HQ (vendor) for any discrepancy and damages.
4. Liaise with HQ (vendor) shipping team for any shipments related queries and action to take.

7. Reporting

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 0 - 1 year experience in supply chain management or related field
• Experienced Candidates will be considered for a senior position.
• Proficient in ERP system, SCM software and WMS software.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simulataneously and work under pressure

Your Responsibility

(A) Lead Management (60%)

• Researching organizations and industry players to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Identifying the needs of other companies and their key stakeholders/decision makers
• Contacting potential clients via email & cold calls with customized value offerings to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Attending conferences, meetings, and Industry events
• Horizontal Sales outreach to new contacts from existing clients & building relationship with VIP clients

(B) Opportunity Management & Conversion (30%)

• Meeting potential clients with exciting proposals & industry updates

Potential Profile

About the Third Party Risk Management Specialist - APAC

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist - APAC is the intermediate level role in Wise’s Third party Risk management. This individual is responsible for ensuring the outsourcing activities comply with relevant outsourcing regulations and laws, align with internal policies and procedures, and are effectively governed to minimise risk exposure in the regional level. The role involves coordinating TPRM efforts globally, supporting regional stakeholders teams, coordinating audit finding and other gaps, and facilitating reporting activities in the APAC region. 

The specialist will collaborate with local internal teams and other stakeholders to manage and report on outsourcing risks, ensuring effective third-party risk management across the company.

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist - APAC duties and responsibilities:

1. Outsourcing risk communication and remediation support
   
   Facilitate the presentation of regional outsourcing risk profiles locally. Provide support for outsourcing-related remediation activities, ensuring that control measures are fit for purpose and meet country-specific requirements and align with global program. 
    
2. Support with risk appetites and KRIs
   
   The specialist assists in establishing and defining the risk appetite for entities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and risk management strategies. Role to perform KRIs mapping to identify and monitor key risk indicators.
    
3. Global-Regional coordination and oversight
   
   Lead global coordination efforts of TPRM program regionally, overseeing the alignment of policies and procedures with regulatory requirements, supporting regional teams in their TPRM activities, and providing oversight for policy adherence and procedure effectiveness.
    
4. Regional Compliance and Regulatory expertise
   
   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regional outsourcing regulations globally and related  laws  affecting third-party risk management. 5. Reporting and audits

6. Support and collaboration with regional teams
   
   Coordinate with regional teams to identify and address regional issues and challenges in the TPRM area, ensuring that the Wise's third-party risk management efforts are cohesive and aligned across all operational areas and regions. 
    
7. Build third party risk awareness and trainings 
   
   Build and embed a culture of awareness about third-party processes, and deliver training and workshops to stakeholders involved in managing third-party relationships, continuously improving their understanding of processes and the TPRM program.

• Maintain strong pre-sales activities through your own network and direct prospecting.
• Present and explain OFX's value proposition, products and services to the prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets as an individual; help overall team in achieving their targets.
• Collaborate with OFX's broader team to stay updated with new and existing compliance and legal regulations, product advancements and distribution channels.
• Actively contribute and consult on longer-term strategic sales direction in Asia. Support strategic initiatives which will enable the Asia team to deliver on market expansion and revenue targets. 
• Manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce, maintain tracking and recording activity.

We are looking for an experienced individual to join us as Infrastructure Engineer (Network Management)!

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Work with outsourced service providers and product principals to manage the delivery, operations as well as Tech Refresh on the technology solutions for LAN/WAN and related services:
• Cisco/Aruba networking solution;
• Network Access Control;
• F5 LoadBalancer;
• Wireless Network; and
• Firewall and routers.

•  Work with infrastructure architects to rationalize the technical design and ensure the solution works well with Government infrastructure, policies, standards and security requirements.
• Translate the technical solution/design into technical specifications and functional requirements.
• Ensure the operations process and controls are clearly documented and operationalized
• Explore new solutions and technologies, integrate learning and recommendations for operational efficiency and continual improve of the infrastructure for better user experience.
• Plan, design and support Technology Refresh and migration activities for the infrastructure services.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of design, deployment, operation and management of enterprise and/or cloud infrastructure.
• Provide operation support for the secure infrastructure.
• Ensure smooth service delivery and implementation within the business context.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• At least 3 years of experience in the above domain areas.
• Proven planning, implementation and migration experience of network related services.
• Team player with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures.
• Ability to justify new initiatives and recommend new initiatives to stakeholder(s).
• Conceptualise the concept of operation for the new initiatives.
• Familiar with tendering process, defining requirements in tender specification.
• Team player by leading discussion between internal teams (Operations, Security, Contract) and external product principals or system integrator.
• Requires minimal supervision from supervisor.
• Always keeping up to date of the latest product roadmap and best practices.
• Define policies and procedures related to Endpoint Management.
• Good written and verbal communication, with the ability to present and communicate effectively with non-technical audience.
• Provide inputs to optimise and automate workflows and processes.
• Able to work independently and as a good team player with analytical, management and planning skills.
• Dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
