We are seeking a dynamic Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP) Director to provide a full range of ES business partnership across the Salesforce ASEAN business. This role provides an opportunity to have a significant impact on our business success as a strategic talent partner to ASEAN leadership. In partnership with the ASEAN leaders you will drive the people strategy across this diverse region, with a focus on change management, workforce planning, leadership coaching and equality.This role is a connector between our global people priorities and the evolving needs of our ASEAN region. We are looking for an ESBP with proven capability of excelling in a fast paced environment and is comfortable working in a diverse and matrixed organisation. You will be part of the ASEAN ESBP regional team reporting into the Senior Director, Employee Success Business Partner, ASEAN.

Your Impact:

• Operate as a trusted advisor by using professional credibility and strong relationships with senior leaders to influence key people priorities.
• Support and work with business teams to understand current and future goals and trends that may impact workforce needs and initiatives. Proactively engage with leaders on people strategy through workforce planning, location strategy, organisation design and structure.
• Build and execute on the people strategy that aligns with the business objectives focusing on the talent needed to execute on the vision. Influence results through leader development, succession planning, skills gap analysis etc.
• Use data to influence business decisions that align to the strategic direction of the organisation.
• Strengthen the leadership team by providing coaching and development to senior leaders.
• Act as a change-agent as the business continues to rapidly grow and adapt to every changing market dynamics, competitive landscape, and technological advancement.
• Innovate on existing programs to help leaders look around corners and drive better organisational results.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee end-to-end immigration projects, including initiation, progress monitoring, document review, and final delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
2. Draft, refine, and validate immigration application materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations.
3. Monitor global immigration policy updates, organize relevant insights, and provide accurate policy recommendations to clients and team members.
4. Maintain proactive client communication, address inquiries, and deliver exceptional consulting services to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, International Relations, Public Policy, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration, with expertise in documentation or project management preferred.
3. In-depth knowledge of immigration pathways, including investment, skilled migration, and family reunification.
4. Proficient bilingual communication skills (Chinese and English), with proven ability to draft and review dual-language documents.
5. Strong interpersonal, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
6. Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, capable of delivering high-quality results under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review, and archive various contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or higher, with preference for candidates from relevant academic disciplines.

Job scope:

• Follow up with site walk and client enquiry for the new job or project and work together with project engineer and manager for the quotation and tender submission, ensuring purchase order is secured.
• Coordinating with engineering, construction and liaise with the client on detail engineering requirements.
• Prepare quotation, budget plan and submission to have approval from project engineer or manager.
• Prepare method of statement, lifting plan and work schedule to provide safety personnel to prepare risk assessment.
• Prepare MTO and raise MR for all materials required for the project.
• Responsible for equipment installation, structure installation, piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, procedures, specifications, priorities and availability of construction drawings.
• Handling all the technical queries and investigating all the work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.
• Review of Project specification, ISO drawings and P&ID.
• Responsible for counter checking by ISO drawings, P&ID and GA drawings for the correct location, orientation, alignment and plumpness.
• Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems in the module. Preparation of “AS BUILT” drawings.
• Responsible for carrying out mechanical clearance, conducting hydro and pneumatic tests, fulfilling commissioning and Pre-Commissioning requirements for the project.
• Responsible for line checking after hydro testing or pneumatic testing to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical.
• Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.
• Take prompt corrective and preventive action to remove any quality issue, any unsafe elements and unhealthy conditions at site.
• Sales Cycle Management: Conduct the full sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-up, service delivery, and transaction closure.
