Overall Job Purpose

Daily Operations

• All Audit & Inspection Reports need to be filed/updated in Common drives or Database as applicable. Follow up with vessels/office to close the deficiencies noted during these visits.

Oil Major/CDI & Other Commercial Inspections

• Assist in coordinating, arranging and timely follow up Oil Major Vetting Inspections as directed.

• Maintain strict cost control of the Annual Operating Budget for each of the assigned vessels.

• Review monthly cost control and approve monthly financial reports before sending to Fleet Group Manager for review.

• Assimilate input from the assigned vessels as well as other relevant departments and prepare each vessel’s Annual Operating Budget.

• Monitor the requisitions generated from the vessel to ensure that they are submitted in a timely manner. Follow up with the Purchasing Department for delivery of ordered items on board.

• Approve invoices for payment.

• Liaise with the Insurance Manager (or Principals) in H&M claims handling. Provide technical input, and cost information, if required, for P&I claims (cargo and crew) and H&M claims.

Crewing

• Make performance evaluations of Masters/ Chief Engineers assigned to the vessel under supervision.

• Provide input to the Manning Department on recruitment of Senior Officers for the assigned vessels.

Dry Docking & Repairs

• Plan, manage, monitor and execute vessels repairs, dry dockings and conversions within agreed budgets.

• Arrange and follow up repairs and services.

• Coordinate with the assigned vessels and prepare the dry-docking specification in conjunction with Docking Superintendent, Fleet Services. Submit the specification to yards for quotations, evaluate the received quotations and present them to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for review.

• Attend the dry-docking, discuss shipyard invoicing before presenting same to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for approval.

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. This role involves managing sales and account relationships, engaging with both new and existing clients, and understanding market needs. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior management to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular interactions with potential clients and thorough market analysis.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Contribute to long-term business profitability through innovative thinking and proactive sales activities.
• Conduct cost comparison studies to evaluate our client's services against competitors.

Qualifications and Experience:

The Regional Strategic Planning (“RSP”) team leads the development, planning and execution of strategic initiatives and new business ventures for Eastspring Investments. RSP works closely with the executive management members (“EMC”) and builds strong partnerships with all major functions and senior leaders in local business units (“LBUs”) within the organisation to drive strategic planning, projects coordination and strategic-related agenda.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Initiate / manage / lead detailed analysis (including feasibility studies, opportunity assessment, business review and business planning) to support the development of regional / market-specific strategies that align with the broader organisational strategy.
• Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives including market expansion, joint ventures, new partnerships, mergers and acquisitions.
• Support regional strategic planning including drafting of board and management materials on strategy / project update, business reviews and organisational business performance scorecards.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduate with specialisation in Finance, Accountancy or any Business disciplines. Graduates from other disciplines will be considered if they have the relevant industry experience. MBA / CFA is a plus.
• 5-7 years’ of asset management related domain experience.
• Prior experience in Big-4 advisory services, management consulting or in-house corporate strategy preferred.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Strong strategic and analytical skills. Able to independently conduct detailed market, competitive, financial analysis and synthesise key insights for senior management. Financial modelling experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in planning, coordinating and managing cross-functional projects. Able to coordinate among various stakeholders and drive project progress.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin. Able to convey clear information and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and possesses high level of confidence in interacting with senior management.
• Willing to travel, if required.

• Drive the planning and conceptualisation of the future Community Care Sector.
• Work with MOH and relevant stakeholders to develop and implement plans as well as build partnerships within Community Care Sector to achieve coordinated care for the seniors and anchor care within the community.
• Identify care services, business, and operating models in community care services that can add value to the future Community Care Sector.
• Design and perform regular review of the state of sector and the impact of AIC’s services and schemes on the Community Care Sector providers.
• Establish partnerships with relevant stakeholders for data collection, tracking and analysis to recommend initiatives/measures to support the needs and development of the Community Care Sector.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum recognised degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or community care.

About the team

The team is responsible for developing all of TTS South East Asia businesses - which will involve exciting projects covering user growth, homepage, discovery channel. You'll be tasked with creating a Global e-Commerce Shopping Platform, collaborating closely with engineers around the globe.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop efficient, highly scalable, and secured services to build/integrate e-Commerce solutions for TikTok Shop.

2. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to explore the next generation of shopping experiences on TikTok.

3. Be responsible for building an intuitive and reliable shopping experience, including browsing product details, check-out, shopping, return, refund etc.

4. Be responsible for TikTok's Shop Tab, building platforms and tools for merchants, clients, and businesses to manage campaigns, deliver the best results, and receive actionable insights.

5. Research, analyse and evaluate requirements for existing or new web and mobile applications.

6. Design, develop, test and maintain web and mobile solutions to meet the requirements.

7. Evaluate programming codes to ensure that they are properly structured, meet industry standards and are compatible with browsers and devices.

8. Develop website infrastructure and integrate websites with other computer applications.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.

2. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a native Android development environment using Java or Kotlin.

3. Familiar with mainstream frameworks like Android architecture Components, Retrofit etc.

4.. Experience with performance and reliability on mobile platforms, e-commerce experience is a plus.

5. Strong data analysis skills, able to identify product opportunities from technical metrics analysis.

6. Good understanding of business, technical abstraction and system module design.

7. Experience in e-Commerce is a plus.
