Key Responsibilities

Taking direction from the Head of Intermediary Business Distribution and working closely with the business development team to:

• Ensure expedient and accurate resolution of all incoming inquiries by intermediary clients

Perform basic macro market research from reliable primary and secondary sources for the preparation of sales and marketing content, sales deck and presentations

• Assist on new intermediary account on-boarding specifically with know-your-customer and anti-money laundering procedures
• Support servicing requirements for existing client base, and where appropriate, prospect and educate potential new-to-business intermediary clients
