Primary Responsibilities

Strategic

Work with the Director, Liquidity Portfolio Management to:

Job Desciption:

• The individual in this role will take on the dual responsibilities of post-sales Engagement Management and the position of Business Systems Analyst.
• As the Engagement Manager, they will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring proactive and timely responses to project requirements, concerns, and deliveries.
• Adopting a consultative approach, the person will address client pain points and needs, actively presenting various solution offerings to enhance Newgen's business with existing customers.
• In the capacity of a Business Systems Analyst, the individual will possess comprehensive functional expertise in Newgen products and solutions, coupled with a deep understanding of the technical architecture of these products.
• Their duties will involve engaging with clients' business user and process owner groups, effectively gathering business requirements. This information will be meticulously documented to minimize ambiguity and facilitate seamless communication with the development/configuration team.
• The goal is to guide the project forward and ensure deliveries with minimal issues or gaps.

Desired Profile:

• The ideal candidate must hold a degree from a reputable institution and possess 6 to 8 years of experience as a system analyst or marketing professional, specifically for software products such as ERP, CRM, and DMS in sectors like BPOs, Banking, Financial Institutions, Insurance, e-governance, and Telecom.
• A comprehensive understanding of software product market dynamics and software development processes is essential.
• Proficiency in software implementation, interpersonal relationship skills, effective communication, and customer relationship management is crucial.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in delivering software solutions in BPOs or the Retail Banking/Insurance sector.

What You’ll Do

• Acquire, build, and cultivate relationships with senior leaders at advertising agencies
• Work collectively with client services and with The Trade Desk trading team to cultivate and grow accounts
• Communicate the value of The Trade Desk media buying platform by presenting our core value proposition, and tailor the content to suit the needs of each audience
• Participate in product road map build out discussions based on client needs with senior leadership, product, & engineering
• Take the lead in responding to RFP’s or new inner agency opportunities, including qualification & win strategy
• Prospect and negotiate net new MSAs (partnership contracts) and spend endeavors across agencies
• Coordinate global account discussions with go-to-market counterparts across the world
• Work closely with product, marketing and revenue teams to constantly optimize efforts relating to company-wide goals
• Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business needs
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
• Accurately manage and communicate monthly forecasts and pipeline

Who You Are

• 10-12 years of experience in digital advertising sales, managing senior relationships, ideally within a programmatic environment
• Experience with creating annual business plans and conducting business reviews
• Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, DMP, or other online advertising company
• Programmatic platform sales experience highly preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients
• Existing relationships with decision-makers at advertising agencies
• Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability
