Role Overview:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of innovative digital solutions that enhance how customers purchase, self-serve, and interact with digital platforms. Skills & Experience:

• Degree or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in the insurance industry and with insurance products.
• Strong technical business analysis skills with a focus on system interactions, mapping, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of the claims lifecycle process.
• Good to have any Formal Business Analysis and Agile certifications
• Understanding of product/platform lifecycle management, particularly in web/mobile technology, with a focus on user journeys and customer experience.
