We are representing our client, an established agricultural enterprise with core business activities in China, to look for a Business Development Executive (base in Singapore) to provide support for the development of business outside Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

Support for Business Activities and Projects

• Assist in the preparation of business reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Coordinate and support business activities and events.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
• Update business development databases and tracking tools.
• Conduct research as needed for business development.
• Serve as a point of contact for project team and stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring schedules and deadlines.
• Communicate project updates and progress reports to the team.
• Organize, maintain and archive comprehensive business and project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses and reporting. Ensure that financial records are maintained in an organized manner.
• Identify potential issues/risks and escalate them to Management.
• Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting issues.

General Support

• Arrange travel, accommodation, and other logistics where needed.
• Provide general administrative support to Management and team.
• Any other tasks to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development executive or similar role.
• Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and resourcefully.
• Proficiently bilingual in English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders).
• Ability and willingness to travel outside Singapore for project execution.

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Minutes of meeting experience

1. Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, PowerPoint presentation and documenting minutes.

2. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.

3. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan, escalating to Service Delivery Manager (SDM), Project Director (PD) any necessary requirement from customers.

4. Plan, track and monitor the tasks assigned to the managers, team leaders and members

5. Clear and open communication with customers on operations and project issues or clarifications.

6. Assist in creating of PowerPoint presentation and Excel documents.

7. Provide administrative support as needed, such as managing project-related correspondence and other ad-hoc duties.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent

• Proven 3 years’ experience in project coordination or project management support roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, analyse data, and propose solutions.

• Advance skill sets in Excel and PowerPoint

• Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing project requirements and priorities.

• Experience in Government IT projects is a plus.
