Responsibilities:

• Conduct information mining, gathering and collection based on the company's game IP situation, screen and establish a resource library for IP licensing cooperation and ensure it's continuous maintenance. • Consulting: Integration into Global Brand & US-based talent teams, providing Reward consulting and know-how building on Yum! Rewards strategies, programs, processes, and systems. • Leveling & Offers: Global comp recommendations for Directors & above, partnering with Executive Compensation. Oversight of all US leveling & offers through TR Analyst.

• Training & Communication: Adapt and deliver TR training, education, and communication, primarily within the US but some global delivery to Non-US HR partners.
