During the project implementation phase:
Lead the team and coordinate the contribution of all the stakeholders, to ensure that the fixed asset side of the project is implemented (e.g. buildings and equipment construction, testing, installation and commissioning) in accordance with the defined category standards, timing, cost and quality. And that all of the elements of the project (including technical people training, as needed) in performed in such a way that safety is always guaranteed on the whole project site and a vertical start-up is assured.

During the start-up phase of the project:
Lead the team and coordinate the contribution of all stakeholders to ensure a vertical start-up meeting manufacturing excellence criteria and required production volumes. Complete an smooth handover to operations after the qualification and verification of the installation. Support the preparation and distribution of the project documentation, including the project final report, Project Defect Analysis (PDA) and feedback to the Maintenance Prevention System.
