Your responsibilities

• Independent creation, testing and further development of integrated financial models in the modelling language FAST Standard at the asset and holding structure levels of the Group
• Creation of profitability analyses, profitability calculations, sensitivity analyses and stress tests
• Support senior members of the Investment team in the development of the investment strategy alongside
• Active involvement in the analysis of acquisition and due diligence documentation as well as support in the preparation of internal and external documents (external bids, decision documents, business cases, financial reports and prospectuses)

Your qualifications

• University degree ideally with a focus on Corporate Finance, Economics or Engineering
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in financial modelling and continuous readiness for further training in this area, especially in the modelling language FAST Standard
• First years of professional experience in financial modelling (e.g. with an investment manager, fund, corporate finance advisor or auditing company)
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Precise and reliable working methods coupled with a high degree of independence, implementation strength and flexibility

Qualifications

- Proven track record in business development or sales roles within the financial services industry, preferably in the crypto/DeFi/blockchain sectors.

- Strong understanding of market making services and their significance within the crypto/DeFi/blockchain ecosystem.

- Familiarity with quantitative trading strategies, algorithmic trading, and high-frequency trading technology is highly desirable.

- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, with a focus on B2B sales and account management.

The Director, Strategy and Business Development for Asia Pacific (APAC), will collaborate with the APAC business leadership team and key stakeholders, the global Strategy and Business Development team and other business teams to drive CME Group’s growth agenda for the region.

The Director will be expected to manage a variety of initiatives and activities pertaining to the company’s regional growth strategy, requiring strong analytical skills, the ability to engage senior corporate and industry leaders, knowledge of the business and industry, and the application of rigorous attention to detail.

Principal Accountabilities
· Proactively develop relationships across the industry with a focus on the APAC region and within the internal organization in support of business initiatives and objectives

· Design and refine regular business performance reporting tools in to ensure APAC and global business leaders can track business trends by product areas, customer segments and geographic categories

· Prepare background materials, discussion points and other information for use by regional and corporate leadership, including C-level executives

• You will be part of Storage Services team located across the Asia Pacific region. This team is the 1st level of Storage Engagement Services and is responsible for all storage related technology and project requests from line of business.
• This includes but not limited to initial scoping of requirements, deployment, data migration and provisioning.
