The main duties will include overseeing all operational matters for the managed vessel, ensuring compliance with charter party agreements, voyage optimization, maximizing efficiency, minimizing cost, verifying shipping documents (B/L, LOI’s, pre-stowage plan), handling claim, monitoring & analyzing vessel performance metric, and data entry for vessel’s operation into the system.

Additionally, he / she will need to handle risk management which includes providing advice to Front Office in term of contract review & revisions to minimise group risk exposure.
