The Consultant is responsible for providing functional guidance and expert advice to our banking clients on the configuration of TEMENOS Products and customized developments throughout all stages of projects from initiation to post-live support.

The Candidate should have strong Core banking and/or Private Wealth Management domain experience in a Temenos Suite of projects (T24). Hands-on experience and excellent product knowledge on any of these modules AA Loans, AA Deposits, Payments (TPH), Treasury Modules, Securities and Corporate Actions, and or Financial Accounting.

Identify and validate any gaps together with proposals for their resolution (e.g. workarounds or changes in processes) and ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project.

Define and validate customization needs for TEMENOS products as per agreed business definitions Prepare and perform the configuration of TEMENOS products through the definition of static and semi-static data for the installation of the core banking system

Prepare and perform the functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Review client organization, processes, and workflows to propose a 'post-picture' to maximize the benefit from T24 as well as make recommendations on best banking practices or alert on practices that might damage the client's business or contradict legal requirements

Conduct workshops and demonstrate the product capabilities to meet specific project needs

End-User Training and Mentoring

Requirements:

Holds a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy, and Expert Services, ideally in a banking environment.

Experience in T24 Core Banking transformation/Temenos Wealth Suite projects with specialization in the Private Banking domain will be highly preferred.

Show in-depth knowledge of standard banking processes and T24 modules.

Strong product knowledge of AA Loans, AA Deposits, Payments, Treasury Modules (MM, FX, and Swaps), Securities, and Corporate Actions will be an advantage.

JOB PURPOSE

To assist the Project Manager in design, project planning, construction and safety and quality management of projects and maintenance works to ensure smooth work progression and completion within target time and budget.

Job scope:

· Engineering and design execution for water and wastewater treatment projects globally.

· Working as a Project Engineering Manager in the engineering department, the incumbent shall primarily work directly on performing engineering functions related to the project business under the direction of the Head of Engineering.

· Assist in the growth and development of engineering talent within the Engineering team by providing guidance to other engineering staff and contributing to regular, frequent knowledge sharing sessions.

· Ensure that engineering is completed accurately within schedule and budge

· Support the Engineering Manager in establishing, maintaining and applying procedures and protocols that will enhance the quality, efficiency and repeatability of engineering activities throughout the department

· Carry out value engineering assessments of all projects under the incumbent's control. Conduct technical analyses and feasibility studies and provide expert advice on process optimization and technology selection.

· Receive the basic process design from the proposals / sales team.

Position requirement:

1. FORMAL EDUCATION:

2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum 15 years’ experience in water or Process industry.

· Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing cross-functional engineering teams

· Proficiency in computer skills like MS Office software, AutoCAD, 3D models.

· Detail design of complex/ skid-based /module-based treatment / stick built systems/plants.

· Familiar with API, ASME, AWS, NACE and AWWA codes

3. TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements:

• Project Management Skills in the following areas: Planning scheduling and costing, Risk management, Manpower management, Customer Relationship management.
• Able to deal and communicate with people effectively at all levels on the ground, identify and manage issues, cost consciousness and urgency to get things done
