Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful delivery of multiple cross-functional IT infrastructure projects. Leads cross-functional teams, collaborate with business users, internal and external teams, and vendors to ensure project is successfully completed on time, within budget & scope, and with quality.

They must have good communication skills, is a competent negotiator, demonstrates resiliency, good at problem solving and can engage & influence effectively both the internal and external stakeholders. He/she is adaptable to change in an agile and volatile environment while taking ownership and deliver works with integrity. This is a 2-year direct contract position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive project to meet schedule, budget, manpower and technical quality targets

Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent discipline

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred

As a Senior Executive Assistant, you are responsible for patient bill monitoring ofr inflight bills.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor all inflight bills
• Follow up with payment arrangement
• Ensure Mode of Payment is settled before discharge
• Refer patients to Medical Social Worker for assistance

Job Requirements

• Diploma from any of 5 polytechnics in Singapore with 2 years’ experience in customer service
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills, and a team-player
