Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) is preferred.
2. Proven experience (10+ years) in project control, project management, or related roles in the oil and gas industry, with specific experience in upstream, midstream, or downstream projects.
3. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques, and tools, including project scheduling, cost control, risk management, and change management.
4. Familiarity with oil and gas industry practices, processes, and regulations, including safety standards, environmental regulations, and permitting requirements.
5. Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools, for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

• Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently
• Facilitate training and development of laboratory users
• Support the operations team on laboratory safety and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment
• Manage the laboratory procurement of equipment and supplies, including negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Implement and oversee maintenance schedules for laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
• Maintain the microfabrication cleanroom in a functional state
• Stay abreast of technological advancements to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field from a reputable university

Requirements

• Working experience in a research/laboratory environment and familiarity with research operations are preferred
• Working experience in rapid prototyping, CAD or cleanroom microfabrication is preferred, but not necessary
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with team members and researchers
• Passionate in mastering research equipment and passing on knowledge to user

Identify and originate business opportunities in the region for both Co-Dev and Co-EPCI;

Define and update a strategy and market analysis for all key Countries in the Region;

Identify partners and support negotiations of MOU for Co-Dev and Co-EPCI;

Build and maintain relationships with key prospects (regional partners or local representative/project managers of global partners);

Promote our technology and skills and increase market recognition, represent the Company in tradeshows;

Participate and represents the Company in regional industry forum and trade associations;

Coordinate, hire and manage Country Representatives in the Region;

Manage directly the business development in the countries with no Country Representatives;

Ensure interfacing and collaboration with head office;

Provide advice to the Co-Dev Project managers on the development/consenting process;

Identify public funding opportunities in the key Countries for either R&D activities, local manufacturing lines, demonstration;

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Region: local certification bodies, financing community and investors;

If necessary, establish local entities in key countries in the Region;

Job Responsibilities

• To establish a satisfactory on-going business relationship with clients
• To adhere to timeline and deliverables set by Project Manager for each project
• To gather project/ specific module requirements for a project
• To analyse and provide feedback to client on feasibility of requirements
• To write detailed Functional Specifications to document client requirements and get sign off on Functional Specifications
• To convey clients’ requirements to developers clearly
• To manage a group of developers in timeline and resource commitment to deliverables
• To prepare project/specific module status report on a weekly and monthly basis to Project Manager
• To test sample data-sets to check that output from the program works as intended
• To conduct UAT with clients and record UAT results sign off
• To ensure requirement is implemented in Production
• To understand System implementation on main functions available
• To prepare training material and conduct client training on project/ specific modules, as necessary

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computing, Information Systems or related discipline with an emphasis in information systems or technology
• Experience in Government Projects or MNC Projects will be an added advantage
• At least 2 years' working experience in related field and preferably with project management skills
• Self-driven individual and able to work in a matrix organization
• Creative and possess strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customers' business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
