Main Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate,
assemble, finish or inspect plastic and products.
To strategies, organise, govern, and manage a project within a predetermined timeframe that is committed to customer.
To successfully complete New Product Introduction projects by meeting all the specifications and requirements and advancing them towards mass production, including anticipating and mitigating potential risks that may negatively impact the projects.
To engage and work with customers on product specifications, requirements, costs, schedules, and quality.
To generate and provide quotations for tools and moulded parts, upon receipt of Request for Quotation.
To collaborate internally with tool designer and engineering team on design for manufacturing and proactively manage program documentations, technical and engineering changes.
To update the status of on-going programs to the management.
To establish and nurture a robust and affirmative rapport with our key customers to secure new and additional projects and pursue new customers to strengthen sales pipeline.
Requirements:
At least 3 years relevant experience.
Strong leadership to lead, guide and inspire the project team to produce quality work and stay committed to all deliverables.
Business oriented, meticulous, and cost sensitive.
Strong organisational skills with a can-do attitude to always improve and initiate new ways of working to achieve results.
