The College of Computing & Data Science (CCDS) invites applications for the position of Project Officer to support a the research project, "Attention-based Model for Generation of Antibodies". This role include understanding of antibody design and improving computational methods for countering infectious diseases. The PO will work closely with our research team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support various aspects of project execution.
• Assist in the monitoring, documenting, and reporting of project progress and outcomes.
• Conduct data analysis, literature reviews, and support in programming tasks.
• Conduct data collection/curation of molecular biology data (protein sequences, etc)
• Assist computational model development applied to antibody prediction tasks
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in in Computer Science/Mathematics/Engineering/Statistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good in AI.
• Knowledge in Computational Biology, especially protein sequences or structures is a plus.
• Prior experience in working with protein sequence or structure datasets is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with construction team to prepare document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender

• Source potential tenderers/subcontractors and send out invitation for RFQs

• Coordinate queries and clarifications between tenderers and construction team during RFQ stage

Job Requirements:

Job Description

• To plan, manage, oversee and be responsible for all aspects of the health, safety and environmental matters for the Project.

• To advise and report to the Superintending Officer and ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations, Changi East safety requirements, airport authority's safety requirements and aerodrome safety standards.

• To manage the team of ASMs to ensure all duties and responsibilities required of them are discharged professionally and competently. He shall carry out regular meetings with the team and address any issues relating to their personal and work matters.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) experience in the construction industry, preferably 5 years with developer/main contractor.

• Minimum 5 years of WSH experience in deep excavation works.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a team of site safety personnel.

• Possess Engineering, Workplace Safety & Health Disciplines, or related qualifications.

• Registered with MOM as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) and has been practising as WSHO for at least 5 years.

• Has obtained certificate in development of a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent.

• Has obtained certificate in DfS appreciation course.

• Good communication skills and a competent team leader
