- Responsible for the management, administration, co-ordination and quality control of supply and install contracts entered into by company

- Upon direction by the Director to be in charge of a project, you are to orientate yourself with the drawings, details, material requirements and the extent of the contract.

- Visit the site and be acquainted with the customer's site team. - Supervise or cause to have supervised all installation performed by appointed sub-contractor on site and ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the articles of the Sub-contract Agreement which includes site cleanness, safety measures, etc.

- Co-ordinate with client's site personnel for the use of site hoisting facilities, scaffoldings, etc as stipulated in our contract agreement.

- Arrange promptly for the relocation or return of any excess materials on site.

- Provide weekly up-to-date reports to the Director for all sites stating number of workmen on site, percentage of works completed, delays encountered, progress in relation to program, and any other relevant information so requested by the Director
