Job Descriptions:

• Partake in full spectrum of AP and AR duties such as preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments, reimbursement of staff claims, generating sales invoices, preparing Statement of Accounts and following up on the overdue invoices;
• Assist in month-end closing and quarterly GST submission;
• Assist in annual statutory audit / corporate income tax filing;
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, banks and vendors;
• Handle day-to-day office and admin duties like answering phone calls, mailing data entry, collect mails from letter boxes, purchase order, filling and etc;

Responsibilities Specific to the Role:

· Create, maintain, and report on site project and program scope, schedules, and milestones

· Work closely with the Client’s Management team throughout the project lifecycle

· Ensure on-site delivery and maintenance of all structured cabling and connectivity

· Lead on-site progress meetings with Owners Representative and Subcontractor teams

· Identify and manage risks, schedule, and budget

· Track and manage project change orders

· Manage Subcontract financial forecasting

· Continually review project for efficiencies in schedule, budget, and opportunities to enable cross-functional partners to be successful

Minimum Requirements:

· Minimum 5+ years’ Experience in structured & fiber optic cabling projects

· Experience in leading deployments of Network/Structure cabling infrastructure

· Documented experience reviewing and leading installations to design documents and specifications

· Experience with outside plant cabling (OSP) deployments including OTDR/OLTS testing

· Documented experience on Quality Assurance and Quality Control including progressive inspections and acceptance

· Documented fiber optic testing at scale inclusive of complex troubleshooting

· Demonstrated experience in EH&S with a good understanding of relevant safety protocols

· Extensive knowledge of installation standards and local codes

· Experience in a lead role within a construction environment or large-scale project including leading people and teams

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills required

· Experience in collaborating across multi-disciplines to deliver towards a common goal

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of tools

Preferred Qualifications

· Prior experience in a mission critical environment requiring coordination across multi-disciplines for delivering a common goal
