• Assist PD in compiling project progress reports (e.g., Monthly Report, VO Management, EOT Assessment, Project Progress Updates).
• Monitor the project schedule and manage daily operations, setting short- and long-term goals, coordinating with other contractors.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure contract compliance and adherence to completion timelines.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, attending regular meetings to ensure project progress.
• Supervise site labor and subcontractors, resolving construction issues as they arise.
• Oversee quality control, safety, and EHS practices on-site, identifying high-risk activities before construction and approving Method Statements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB).
• At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in LTA, roadworks, MRT, and viaduct projects.

As the Sr. Manager, Business Development, Japan, based in Singapore, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing distributor relationships in the Japanese market. 1. To supervise and manage the functions of Repacking/Containment/ICW operations and Maintenance.
2. To monitor the safe process flow and backlog level of TIW waste.
3. Ensure all staff are well trained according to OJT programme and following the safe work procedures and SOPs.
4. To ensure the effectiveness and smoothness of coordination with operation and sales team and customer service maintaining high quality of services.
5. To monitor the outgoing containment purchase budget and encourage the recycling of used containment to save cost.
6. Daily and regular inspection of the operation processes and monitor the plant 5S and TPM activities, safety and discipline at works, machineries and equipment conditions.
7. Work with Lab chemists to evaluate and develop new treatment methods and handing procedures for new and unknown wastes, and review of operation costs and regular update to management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• At least 2 year relevant experience

Remuneration:

• Basic salary: $3,400 – $3,800
• Company Transport / Transport Allowance $120 if candidate possess own transport
