The Job

Responsible for assisting the Vice President, Group Technology (IT Security) in:

• Ensuring the organization's information systems are fully operational and remain protected from external threats.
• Ensuring the organization complies to all relevant IT related legislative/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and driving compliance/governing framework for ongoing compliance against relevant IT legislative/regulatory requirements (e.g.PDPA, MAS TRM & PCI) and reporting to IT Management.
• Assist in developing and driving compliance/governing framework for the ongoing compliance against the organizational information security policies, standards and procedures and reporting to IT Management.
• Assist in evaluating and formulating a risk management framework for the embrace of new technologies such as Internet of Things (IOT).
• Assist in reviewing and recommending changes to information security policies, standards and procedures, taking into considerations such as deviation requests and audit findings.
• Assist in developing and driving an ongoing Information Security score card framework to reflect the state of compliance of the computing environment against the information security policies, standards and procedures.
• Assist in developing organizational IT risk management framework and conducting the risk assessments.
• Assist in conducting information security awareness and phishing programs.
• Assist in driving the evaluation & implementation of IT Security projects.

Requirements

• Minimally 3 years of Information Security work experiences in the area of Information Security Consultancy and IT Risk Management.
• Possess security related certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA, with strong information security knowledge of IT legislations such as PDPA, MAS TRM and PCI, industry Information Security best practices/principles.
• Highly disciplined and diligent in driving deliverables strictly within defined timelines.
• Disciplined in being guided by a set of formalized security policies, standards, procedures and frameworks.
• Logical and methodological, with good planning, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as a strong team player.

Job Summary

Role Summary

Reporting to the Chief Human Resource Officer, this role is responsible for driving the end-to-end Learning and Talent Development strategy to enhance the organisation’s capabilities and performance. Through this role, the candidate will formulate all strategies, policies and processes in the areas of organization-wide learning & organizational development, talent management & succession planning.

The responsibilities of this role are:

Learning & Development

• Lead and drive organisation’s overall Learning and Development Strategies to build a skilled and agile workforce
• Develop the University’s Total Learning Plan based on the learning needs identified
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify the strategic learning focus, co-create and implement leadership and functional competency frameworks, including specialist tracks.
• Partner and guide internal stakeholders to identify learning and development needs based on business requirements and developing milestone programmes to meet the varying needs of the workforce
• Anticipate latest trends to pivot learning objectives and identify new learning methodologies such as innovative and experiential learning models to pique learning interests.
• Review and formulate policies and processes related to L&D that would support the development of a sustainable learning culture in the University
• Develop success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes

Organisation Development

• Lead team in charting the organisation development strategic roadmap and operationalizing initiatives across different workstreams to improve employee engagement and enhance employee experience to make the University a great place to work in
• Drive and implement change interventions within the University that will accelerate the transformation journey that is in line with University’s strategic goals.
• Drive Employee Engagement Survey and ensure follow-up plans are in place to holistically address employee concerns

Talent Management

• Provide leadership and guidance on the design and development of talent management frameworks to lift talent pool and strengthen leadership pipeline across all schemes.
• Grow talent within the organization through building talent pipeline and development of high potential talents
• Provide consultative support to function leaders and HRBPs on critical and complex talent and organizational capability issues to build talent development capabilities and accountabilities.
• Partner senior business leaders and executive leadership teams in the design and execution of talent strategy, policies and frameworks, talent assessment and identification to build leadership bench strength.
• Curate and implement programmes under the Talent Management programmes with the objective of talent attraction, talent selection, developing and retaining high performers and high potentials
• Administer the programmes from talent selection, identification to engagement as well as end-to-end planning and execution of the various activities/events scheduled throughout the entire programme period.
• Oversee the development of talents and tailor the blend of developmental opportunities (e.g. training programmes, master classes, secondments, stretch appointments etc) in accordance to their career stages to optimize leadership exposure and development

Succession Planning

• Lead the approach, facilitation and follow-up action planning for talent and succession planning. Identify growth potential, facilitate and execute the career progression and development plans of selected officers so as to ensure that there is a strong pipeline of successors for critical positions in the University
• Increase readiness and success rate of succession candidates through the implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP) for identified successors.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or relevant field with minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in Human Resources function.
• Proven success at the helm of the L&D function
• Strong track record in designing and driving change, culture building and employee engagement, as well as proven ability to effectively engage at senior leadership levels
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of best practices in organizational learning
• Strong in execution and has held leadership role(s) at team level
• A proven people manager who is able to motivate and develop the team
• Detail-oriented, proactive and strong analytical thinking

We are seeking a Vice President to join our investment team primarily covering North America and Asian markets. This is an opportunity to join a lean high calibre team, work on some of the most exciting deals as pioneers in this space, as well as be part of a young and fast-growing emerging manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end deal screening, structuring, due diligence, and deal execution
• Assist in sourcing and deal negotiations with stakeholders and management
• Perform appropriate industry, business, legal, and financial analyses / modeling
• Prepare internal memos and make recommendations to investment committee on investment opportunities
• Oversee post investment asset management / reporting / monitoring workstreams
• Participate in investor meetings and assist with investor due diligence requests

Position Requirements

• 5 - 8 years’ work experience preferably in special situations / opportunistic credit, real estate, private equity, or investment banking
• Previous buy-side experience preferred
• Strong grasp of corporate finance fundamentals, markets, and deal structuring
• Excellent quantitative/analytical and financial modeling skills
• Ability to operate independently and responsibly with little oversight as well as the ability to manage the due diligence process and execution of deals
• Have the grit and stamina to work in high paced / high performance environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external parties
• Possess the best work ethics and character with integrity and sense of responsibility
• Entrepreneurial mind with natural curiosity to learn and seek out new concepts
• Fluency in English. Additional Asian language is preferred, but not a must

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing the compliance work for corporate clients, managing and building client relationships, assisting clients in resolution of tax queries with IRAS as well as working with the Tax Directors in tax advisory projects so as to provide you with a well-developed and all-round experience as a tax specialist. We will work with you to expand your area of expertise to include a working knowledge of GST as well as individual tax.

• Possess a University degree and/or Post-graduate qualification in Accountancy.
