Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Bachelor, Master, or Ph.D. in engineering, statistics, economics, or any other equivalent discipline with a strong statistical background.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with data cleaning, analysis, modeling, and result interpretation.

What the day will look like

The Senior Application Developer is principally responsible for the development and delivery of Reinsurance Analytics applications to the user base. Responsible for crafting architecturally sound solutions, delivering detailed technical design, development planning and implementation of new features for globally used applications specifically focused on the client facing activities of Aon's Reinsurance Analytics Solutions business.
