Role Overview

The successful candidate will support the Head of Brokerage & Trade Management and be responsible for the delivery of Business As Usual (BAU) activities, developing Subject Matter Expertise, Service coverage will include:

-Front to back BAU stewardship responsibilities in brokerage agreement and operational data management, ensuring the maintenance in integrity of client operational data and brokerage agreements.

-Lead regional infrastructural projects, representing Ops in such working groups. Support the team manager and wider team colleagues in projects and various change initiatives and process enhancements.

Role Responsibilities:

· Execution of Client and Operational Data and front to back brokerage agreement for all TP ICAP APAC client’s stewardship responsibilities on a daily basis

• Maintaining high quality, clean data by adhering to a strict governance and controls framework
• Provide business brokerage analysis reports for brokerage rate negotiation with customers.
• Liaise closely with the front office and back office to provide accurate rates and product list for all the brokerage agreements.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations

• Perform routine daily inspections around the building and surrounding areas to check for building defects, safety issues and non-compliance of building regulation and house rules.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and identify and propose necessary repair, maintenance and improvement works.
• Supervise and inspect works of the service providers that provides maintenance or repair services.
• Update maintenance records in Yardi Elevate (FM) system, stock inventory, and request of quotations for minor works.

• Report cleaning deficiency and track its closure.
• Conduct frequent daily check on all critical and common areas of the building and liaise closely with the cleaning service provider.

3. Security System

• In charge of daily operations in the FCC and monitor daily attendance of security officers.
• Ensure that security officers carry out duties according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Monitor CCTV and card access system and report any incidents or fault immediately.
• Attend and manage any emergency situations on site like fire alarms and bomb threats etc.
• Organise and assist fire safety manager in fire drills and safety inspections.
• Conducts periodic checks for security and safety related equipment such as fire alarms, extinguishers and CCTV etc.
• Ability to assist tenants on access cards programming and any problem encountered by the tenants.

4. Carpark Operations

• Conduct daily check of carpark system and monitor manual raising of carpark barrier.
• Ensure that the carpark system is functioning well.
• Updates the season carpark holder on the monthly basis.

5. Landscaping and Pest Control

• Daily inspection of landscaped areas and supervise the landscaping service provider in carrying out pest control measure.
• To carry out the pest control inspection personally on the need basis.
• Conduct daily inspection of all drainage systems, toilets and pantry area.

• Liaise with Registered Agent for incorporation of offshore companies.
• Maintain and update companies’ statutory registers, filing of certain specific resolutions with the Company Registrar of various offshore jurisdictions in compliance with the respective statutory requirements of each jurisdiction.
• Provide guidance to Corporate Secretarial Assistant.
• Perform related ad-hoc assignments pertaining to the role

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of corporate secretarial experience in the Corporate Services Industry or related field. Experienced candidates will be considered for senior executive.
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent corporate secretarial qualifications
• Meticulous, ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Able to work independently and with integrity, with fair and principled temperament with a facilitative and commercial approach to matters.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and and familiar with Corporate Secretarial software such as Viewpoint is an advantage

ROLE OVERVIEW: In the role of the Quantitative Researcher, the employee reports to a Quantitative Portfolio Manager and will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently conduct alpha research and support the team with alpha research as needed.
• Develop libraries, perform backtesting, clean data, utilize NLP, manage intraday data frameworks, and assist in maintaining the production pipeline.
• Perform quantitative research and analysis on alphas across various time horizons.
• Provide solutions to software engineering challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related scientific fields from a reputable university.
• 2 years experience in quantitative research or quantitative development, particularly in systematic equity strategies (experience with non-US equities is advantageous).
• Proficiency in Python is required; familiarity with other major programming languages is beneficial.
• Experience with systems infrastructure, processing and storing intraday data is advantageous; knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
• Knowledge in NLP and Machine Learning is a plus
• Collaborative, commercially savvy, and eager to learn, with a professional demeanor.
