Be a part of the Corporate Secretarial team leaders who work closely with and assist the Head of Department (“HOD”) to independently provide Corporate Secretarial services to clients. Job scope

Crewing

• Make performance evaluations of Masters/ Chief Engineers assigned to the vessel under supervision.
• Provide input to the Manning Department on recruitment of Senior Officers for the assigned vessels.

Dry Docking & Repairs

• Plan, manage, monitor and execute vessels repairs, dry dockings and conversions within agreed budgets.
• Arrange and follow up repairs and services.
• Coordinate with the assigned vessels and prepare the dry-docking specification in conjunction with Docking Superintendent, Fleet Services. Submit the specification to yards for quotations, evaluate the received quotations and present them to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for review.

• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as LDAP, Kerberos, IWA, IWA-direct, SSO, Active Directory
• Ability to manage and manipulate large data sets, databases, and reports with high attention to details and data accuracy
• Experience with ITIL processes such as change management, request management and incident management is preferred
• At least one professional level certification in Web Content filtering technologies, Network Security or Networks such as CCNA Security, CCNP, BCCPA, BCCPP, CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CEH

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple engineering projects from concept to delivery
• Lead project teams, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion
• Ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence
• Develop and guide team members
• Analyze and approve project investments

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5 - 8 years of experience in local Electrical/ACMV industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented, independent worker
• Analytical skills for investment approval
