Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to execute projects per schedules, budgets, and established quality standards.

Planning & Coordination:

• Oversee the preparation and submission of drawings and project documentation to relevant authorities.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related fields).

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience managing projects in solar PV, power utilities, or engineering sectors.
• Proven expertise in project execution from tender to handover.
• Knowledge of solar PV technology, including design and installation.

Skills & Attributes:

• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, PVSyst, and Helioscope.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (essential).
