Job Responsibilities

• To collaborate with Account Manager, Solution Consultant to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• To develop detailed plans on project scopes including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
• To coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to datelines of the project milestones to ensure it is completed on time to meet contractual requirements.
• To oversee project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
• To monitor and control project expenses and resource utilisation.
• To communicate project status, updates and attend project meetings with Clients.
• To collate project documentation to ensure it is complete, accurate and maintained through the project lifecycle.
• Any other ad hoc duties that is assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in an IT System Integrator background.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to interact effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
• Possess a proactive problem-solving attitude, coupled with a robust background in IT project management skills to handle customer expectations and requirements.

The Job

1. Clear understanding the scope of the project, the changes associated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment. Clearly document the rationale for projects that are approved.
2. For project where there is an impact, play a governance role in ensuring that the design (in terms of the level of information required from source to core processing) is aligned with the data flow strategy.
3. Collate and rationalise all stakeholders’ requirements and walkthrough these requirements with team.
4. Actively partnering with the team in the design process to ensure that the business solutions being implemented are aligned to business strategy: - achieve cost savings, design for no operations, designed for low maintenance.
5. Create testing strategy, test script, and formulate sign-off/success criteria to stakeholders and to get concurrence on.
6. Prepare proper documentation on the data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach in accordance with predefined template.
7. Assist Project Manager for preparing in presentation slides.
8. Collate and manage all the details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical information could span from details of interfacing systems where data is created, how data is being sent, how application data is being stored and used, etc.

As part of the Visa Commercial Solutions team in Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, reporting to the Head of B2B Partnerships Asia Pacific, this role is dedicated to direct corporate engagement in multiple markets in Asia Pacific.  This role will build market awareness of Visa’s comprehensive payment solutions and develop and convert pipeline opportunities into revenue generating relationships for Visa’s Issuer Clients. The engagement with Corporates, with a priority on large multinational corporates operating across Asia Pacific, will focus on Visa Commercial Solution opportunities encompassing Travel and Entertainment and B2B Procurement programs including virtual card solutions as well as cross sell into services such as expense management, data and reporting solutions and B2B Acceptance . You will be responsible for: Increasing market awareness through targeted advocacy to Large & Middle Market Corporates Developing relationships through specialized sales engagement with key Corporate decision makers in Treasury, Procurement, Payables and Travel Management. Delivering leads and qualified opportunities to Issuers to drive new business for Financial Institutions and Visa.

In addition to sales activities with corporates, the role will involve engagement with internal sales teams to leverage and coordinate engagement with existing relationships as well as issuers sales teams, technology and solution partners, ERP platforms and ecosystem partners such as industry bodies, trade associations, consulting firms.  The role will require demonstrating expertise in technical and commercial areas through ongoing tailoring of sales narrative, best practice guides, testimonials to serve corporates in diverse industry segments.

You will take a consultative and strategic approach in selling commercial cards as a working capital solution by identifying needs, assessing opportunities and options.

The Talent

• The candidate must have consumer credit working knowledge or have done consumer credit reporting/MIS scope before
• Must have good working hands-on experience in data querying, handling of data schemas, and data wrangling (ie. SQL).
• Subject matter expertise in consumer/retail credit domain will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with consumer credit loan systems and customer systems for secured lending products (ie. LEAPS ORIGINS and Finacle) and unsecured loan products (ie. VisionPlus)
• Proficiency with collection management systems such as Debt Manager and Aspect/Cisco auto-dialer
• Good knowledge of Collibra as part of data discovery and lineage between data tables in ADA/DL (data warehouses).

The Job

1. Contribute to projects and initiatives, starting from Requirements Gathering and Functional Specs Review to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Live Verification.
2. Review requirements to ensure alignment to design principles and data architecture
3. Evaluate existing BAU process and identify areas that need improvement and propose solutions
4. Attend to user stories/requirements from stakeholders such as working with credit risk analysts with regards to data and dashboarding needs or working with MOT (Tech) data factory teams
5. Join regular scrum meetings and user stories grooming sessions to ensure that enhancements are delivered in accordance to business requirements/solutions and is within budget and timelines
6. Review solution proposals from MOT (Tech) and provide effective challenges/counter proposals
7. Participate in various workshops from various initiatives
