Job Scope:
1. Develop an effective business management framework, focusing on organization and governance, budget management and key performance indicators essential for business success.
2. Support the project owner and the project leader in managing a cross-cultural team with a focus on organizational effectiveness and workplace development perspectives.
3. Develop future blueprint for effective cross-country functions and to propose implementation plan to Japan Headquarter.
4. Collaborate with relevant functions in neighboring countries, specifically in areas related to organization, workplace, and human capital development.
5. Provide support and guidance to all co-workers, particularly those from diverse countries so as to maximize their performance and enthusiasm.
Requirement:
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG industry corporate functions.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background.
3. Professional experience in organization development, workplace development, business support and administration.
4. Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is preferred to facilitate effective communication and collaboration to Japan Headquarter as well as cross-functional team.
5. Good interpersonal skills and experience to work in multi-countries.
