The College of Integrative Studies (CIS) at Singapore Management University (SMU) invites applications for a full-time Lead Faculty Fellow for SMU's student accommodation, Prinsep Street Residences (PSR). The Lead Faculty Fellowship is a renewable 4-year administrative appointment. For PSR

• Reside at PSR and be based in an on-site office and be available to students during the week and on some evenings and some weekends. The successful candidate will be entitled to free accommodation at PSR.
• Oversee, with the support of the Associate Fellows (also faculty) of PSR, the College of Graduate Research Studies Fellow (who also resides at PSR), the admin team and student leaders, in organising residence-based events and activities

Corporate Secretarial Executive

We are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive to join our growing team at JDT Management Services Pte Ltd. This is a full-time role based in our City hall office. As a Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with all aspects of corporate compliance and company secretarial duties.

What you'll be doing

• In charge of a portfolio of clients for the corporate secretarial work
• Advising clients on statutory and regulatory compliance requirements
• Preparing and filing all necessary documents and forms with the relevant authorities
• Organising and attending board and shareholder meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes and other supporting materials
• Maintaining statutory registers and records for client companies
• Providing guidance and support to clients on good corporate governance practices
• Liaising with other professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants as needed
• Assisting the director to supervise and mentoring junior member of the team

What we're looking for

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar corporate secretarial role, preferably within a professional services firm or corporate secretarial practice

1. Business Advisory, Strategic Leadership & Execution
