The Business Director is responsible for the overall management of a client account including creation and communication of effective brand strategies, annual fee and contract negotiations, account staffing and oversight of all client relations and presentations; and provides support and oversight to an Account Management team.

• Oversees annual fee and contract negotiations; works closely with Finance on contract and fee proposals 

• Leads monthly client revenue tracking and analyzes revenue impact on account and agency profitability

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, specifically within application and product management.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement in product performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and familiarity with product management software.
• A relevant certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) will be an added advantage.
• Prior working experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing.
