Project Management

• Education – Bachelors or higher degree preferably in Business or Computer Science IT
• At least 3-5 years working as a Business Analyst.
• Must be organized, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible to switch and work on different projects and manage them in a timely manner
• Business Process Mapping and improvements.
• Experience in writing user stories/requirement specs.
• Basic Data Analytics. Experience in Financial Markets
• Has experience working in projects on Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc)
• Experience in Credit derivatives or debt instruments

Mandatory Skills

• Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in technology business analysis or software development, and familiar with business applications in investment/banking industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong ability to manage and align expectations of senior level business stakeholders across different business units to accept solutions proposed by project teams.
• Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and a team player who has growth mindset and confident to work independently.
• Hands-on experience in conducting business analysis functions, stakeholder management, solution designing, software test planning, vendor management and production support.
• Experience in the documentation of BRD, FSD, use cases, visual modelling and business processes.
• Experience in ETL/ELT process, SQL and API.
• Experience in Agile methodology skill with strong delivery mindset.
• Good understanding of financial application, workflow, UI/UX, database design and software engineering best practices."
