This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Sales Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Executive, you will work as a member of our B2B sales team and will be responsible for the execution of our sales plan which includes:

• Introduce company’s products or services to potential customers and negotiate sales over the phone or in person
• Address customers’ questions and concerns accurately
• Maintain consistency in quality of calls and service standards
• Commit to departmental and individual sales targets assigned
• Work closely with the Vendor onboarding team to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of accounts signed
• Gather market insights on deals to target in the space
• Proactively identify potential clients and build collaborative relationships with them
• Serve as primary point of contact for holistic account relationship
• Spontaneous to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams as part of a persistent commitment to provide top-notch support to potential clients
• Manage and expand relationships with top restaurant key partners and identify growth opportunities to collaborate for further business developments

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure full compliance of the Managing Agent’s responsibilities and obligations under the contract
• Operate, maintain, clean, repair and monitor all facilities management services
• Develop a facilities management work plan to efficiently operate and manage the building
• Implement the quality maintenance programme and comply with government / statutory regulations; conduct regular audits of building and M&E systems
• Ensure all installation works are in conformance with building and statutory requirements
• Supervise contractors’ maintenance works, ensuring that contractors carry out works in accordance with contract requirements
• Lead and manage a team to perform scheduled inspections, routine & ad-hoc maintenance facilities and building works
• Ensure all feedback / complaints are attended to accordingly to agreed timeline
• Plan, schedule and co-ordinate all maintenance works, ensuring that all equipment within premises is in working condition
• Prepare monthly report for management and client
• Responsible for building risk management, safety & security
• Implement energy management programme to reduce operating costs
• Prepare costs estimates for improvement and re-configuration works
• Monitor maintenance budget and progress payments to ensure cash flows projections are met and prompt payments to contractors and service providers

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in building and facility management industry
• Conversant with local codes of practice and regulations
• Good knowledge in mechanical & electrical system
• Good experience in tenancy management
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Green Mark Certifications
• Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) is an added advantage
• Possess Senior / Fire Safety Manager Certificate

Requirement:

• At least 6 years of experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board

RESPONSIBLE:

• Planning and ensure correct work sequences and procedures for daily operations
• Leading and managing of workers and sub-contractors
• Responsible for machinery and materials planning and deployment on site;
• Ensure all site works are done according to specifications, on schedule and within budget;
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from workplace and/or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities;
• Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace;
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site;
• Implement necessary control measure to mitigate the unsafe work and to prevent recurrence;
• Monitoring of cost and cash flow, manage budget for the project allocation

Requirement

• B.S. degree in Engineering / Construction Management or any degree holder
• With min. 8 years’ project engineering, management experience or equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary
• Preferably experience in PRECAST industry
• Able to work under stress and independently
