Responsibilities

• Manages all stakeholders to ensure project resources are allocated and milestones are achieved for Transition/Implementation projects

• Ensures on time transition preparation activities for the project, including Project initiation document and detailed project schedule

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or its equivalent

• At least 5 years of related experience in Information Technology or its equivalent industry

• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management experience with working experience in Workplace Management, Infrastructure Management as well as Cybersecurity Management would be added advantage

• At least 2 years of IT Managed Services experience with proven ability to work in large groups and managing multiple projects

• Working experience in Cloud Services, DevSecOps, Agile & Cybersecurity would be added advantage

• Proven experience in strategic planning, risk and change management

• Knowledge of project management software tools and techniques is a must

• Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the project team in project implementation and with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Effective influencing, organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills and ability to interact with all levels

• Minimum 6 to 10+ years of experience working in an IT Organisation as part of a Cash Management / Liquidity Management/Virtual Account Management (VAM) in the role of Lead BA/SME.
• Must have experiences in implementation of Cash Management products including VAM at large banks.
  To analyse, estimate, design, document, test, implement new system development and to assist in delivery of system enhancements, to co-ordinate with business representatives and delivery teams.
• Encourage best practices in the development of technical solutions, thereby ensuring delivery of qualitative and cost-efficient system solutions on time to exceed customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of Global Corporate Liquidity Management Processing ,Cash Concentration / Account Sweeps / Notional Pooling
• Experience in VAM products like TietoEvry, iGTB, Mindgate, Oracle, Finacle etc.
• Reconciliation and Investigations
• Should have worked in end-to-end implementation and roll out of a VAM solution in a bank.
• Understanding of payment flow in VAM, hierarchy feature roll out across multiple clients requesting numerous virtual accounts

• Possess strong knowledge of building-related works, including civil engineering, structural, architectural, plumbing, piling, and addition and alteration (A&A) projects. Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and building codes.
• Provide regular project progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and mitigation strategies. Maintain effective communication with clients, managing agents, and subcontractors.
