Qualifications:

You should hold the following experience and skills:

• 7 years of experience in talent strategy and development, with 5 years individually leading consulting projects or 5~6 years related industry experience with basic consulting skills
• Strong and proven track record in talent strategy and talent management.
• Strong capabilities on analytical and quantitative problem solving, and complex ideas communication, analytics experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience in leading teams to deliver new strategies or capabilities while developing, mentoring and inspiring team members
• Flexibility to accommodate client and project travel requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee projects related to various engineering disciplines.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Review and analyze project requirements and specifications.
• Provide technical expertise and support in the selection and procurement of equipment and systems.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Delivery of comprehensive business analysis to provide solutions for business needs.

Work with the project team including product owner, senior developers, architects, BA’s to deliver business requirements and improve business processes and systems.

Work closely with stakeholders to define requirement and various artifacts around application development or enhancement.

Specification of business rules for regulatory reporting, business operations and transformations.

Functional design and testing of solutions.

Maintenance and promotion of best practices around the data dictionary of the bank

Interaction with developers to define implementation specs

Assisting with the daily operations through scrum, Jira and Kanban, techniques.

Strong functional knowledge of financial product & regulatory reporting

Knowledge on the MIFID2/SFTR/EMIR / any APAC transaction regulatory reporting principles is desirable.
