· Participate in the design, development, and testing of core systems and end-user applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.

· Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely support and escalation when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field.

· 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or digital transformation projects in healthcare, preferably in a hospital setting.

· Have knowledge on SQL queries or stored procedures preferred.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

· Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is desirable preferred.

· Proficiency in documenting user journey map and requirements, process flows, and use cases using industry-standard tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To provide business support and technical analysis on SAP MM (AFS), and Material Master-related, 3PL-related interface area
• To streamline the Procure-to-pay process, not limited to Purchase Request, Purchase Orders, Shipment documents, Invoice receipt process
• To work closely with business users in regional and APAC countries for daily and month-end operation
• To manage and coordinate Business Change requests
• To assist in defining user requirements and writing of functional specifications for ABAP Development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines with SAP MM certificate.
• Any related discipline with a minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience
• At least 2 years working experience and exposure in sizable/ multinational FMCG companies (wholesale and/ or retail industry) is more advantageous
• Must be hands-on in system configuration and support
• Occasionally Travel is required (<20%)
• Experience in SAP MM Module is a must
• Knowledge in S/4 HANA and SAP AFS is preferable

Job Description:

• Report to Head of Marketing Communications and oversee executive/s to provide Marcom and PR support for the assigned portfolios.
• Responsible for providing strategic direction and execution of all communication materials for the assigned portfolios.
• Ensure consistent adherence to Corporate Identity guidelines of the assigned brand/s.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining content including videos & photographs of the assigned portfolios on company’s website and other owned platforms.
• Work closely with Area General Managers, Area Director of Sales & Marketing and Corporate/ Field Sales to develop new campaigns for the respective market segments.
• Recommend, use and optimize various communication platforms to engage with various audiences and market segment.

• Develop and execute social media strategies include content management to promote the respective properties & brand/s assigned in increased awareness and build up the followers’ community.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marcoms with reputable hotel brands, chains or equivalent
• Experience in managing external agencies such as creative, media buy, PR and social media
• Experience in managing external vendors and partners such as printers, publishing houses etc
• Excellent in communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Photoshop or similar software will be an advantage
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management will be an advantage
