• Assist company in all daily operations work

• Issue Quotation, Work Order accordingly

• Keep track of inventory, alert management for items in low stock

• Work as a team with operation to ensure everything goes well

• Liaise with suppliers for checking stocks, order and arrangements

• Any other ad-hoc, administrative works if assigned

Planner is responsible for planning, inventory management, just in time planning, material requirements planning, and production activity control.

Identifies any stopper in meeting the delivery schedule and customer commitment.

Defines and coordinates manufacturing planning strategy with production and stakeholder by establishing overall and weekly production schedule with value stream. Establishes and maintains time fences for job order items. Performs rough cut capacity planning.

Coordinates planning strategy with Master Planner and Production Controller.

1. Review and provide report for firmed and planned sales order and align schedule per production capacity and product type.

2. Create and update the production schedule for long and short term horizon.

3. Conduct weekly planning meeting with value stream and Master Planner.

4. Review and renew planning data and parameters in VM systems (including: BOM, Material Master data, routing, and work centre) and ensure that standard work processes are strictly adhered to.

5. Review overall loading plan with master planner and release new work order as per schedule line.

6. Ensure to review material status, BOM, router, pick list , consumables needed prior releasing any job order to production controller

7. Responsible in updating work instructions, planning procedures and ensure team compliance in specs procedure.

8. Ensure that production in the firm period meets agreed customer demands.

9. In alignment with Production schedule, oversee customer sales order execution. Ensure clarity of necessary information from sales/ customer before execute in planning. Escalate any issues to Supply Chain manager and Sales Team for any dispute items.

10. To identify and implement cost savings alternatives and process improvements for existing operations.

11. Manage production controller and ensure planning KPI’s are well executed and monitored.

Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on delivery of F&B, Retail & office construction projects.
2. Independently manage and coordinate all site matters with proper documentation.
3. Coordinate with factory and subcontractors for the delivery of products and installation works.
4. Attend and record proceedings of site meetings.
5. Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
6. Responsible for inspection of purchased materials delivered to the project site.
7. Identify and record quality control problems during production or site work.
8. Carry out defect liability servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing.
9. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by senior management or its representatives.

Requirements

1. 3-5 years of end-to-end F&B, Retail & Commercial construction project experience
2. Ability to work within tight schedules
3. Ability to independently manage several concurrent projects
4. Possesses own private transport
5. Open to Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents and Malaysians only

• At least 7 years working as a M&E Manager experience in Building Construction/Hospital Building Project.
• Familiar with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to M&E installations.
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection.

• Lead the tender team to prepare tender submission for new building construction projects.
• Handle tender works and provide the directions on planning, construction technique, quality of tender submission documents, risk and issue management, tender price negotiation with suppliers and subcons for finalization.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board.
• At least 7 years as a Project Manager experience in tendering of new Building Construction Projects in Singapore for Mega Projects.
• Strong knowledge in all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, and scheduling and able to understand project implications.
