Job Description:
- Learn and be competent in both service and kitchen staff details.
- Supervises to make sure every staff are following SOP.
- Maintain hygiene,sanitary and cleanliness standards while assisting to enforce security and safety measures.
- Maintain critical standard: holding times, service speed and quality, raw and furnished product quality.
- Business analysis: collect daily sales data, marketing data, consolidate and report to the supervisor.
- Problem solving: attending issue arises in restaurant and solve with professionally.
- Planning: duty roster for every staff in the outlet weekly.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as requsted
Job Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills and passionate about helping customers
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Require to speak English and Chinese to lead and train our kitchen/service crew who will only be able to speak either the languages. We will also require you to translate in both languages when there is a need by your supervisors.
- Able to work independently
Due to the nature of the job, you are require to work on-site.
