• Provide hardware support for network, servers, storage, and client owned hardware under direction of client staff.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist who is passionate and capable of driving market development for our startup. This role will be focused on increasing the reach of prenatal and postpartum services to all the quintessential women; and requires the industry background, strategic thinking, and communication skills to establish our company as the leader in this maternal and child market. In this role, you will address rapidly changing customer needs, drive the right service solutions, and enable the ecosystem of partners and customers smoothly. The candidate should be proficient in English and Chinese to manage our company’s customers.

• Being a key part of the team focusing on prenatal and postpartum services
• Development of go-to-market strategies in Singapore and subsequently regionally (APAC)
• Engaging with customers and strategic partners in the maternal and child ecosystem
• Work closely with marketing team to design marketing campaigns that address the pain points of customers

A successful candidate should have:

• Minimum 1 year of business development experience in or selling to the maternal and child healthcare industry
• Significant leadership experience working with partners, with demonstrated experience interacting at the management level
• Good knowledge and understanding of the prenatal and postpartum industry
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business and service, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus.
• Strong leadership skills are key, along with proven verbal and written communication skills and the demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent industry experience

Description of the Role:

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities for project system & ensure financial records are properly maintained with updated information.

• Prepare month end closing activities for Project System, review project financials, investigate variances and ensure revenue and cost are recognized correctly.

• Ensure month end closing related reports are prepared timely so that the timeline of the various activities given by the Group can be met.

• Analyze project financials & ensure compliance to Accounting Standard FRS115. Provide financial insights and advisory, identify projects with potential risk & help business to make informed decisions.

• Support business units (eg. CSU) and delivery teams (LOB) in their operations by providing advice on project delivery governance related processes, usage of project system, accounting treatment and project monitoring reports.

The Information Management and Document Control Coordinator will support the Information Management Lead and Document Control Lead in managing project information and documentation. Responsibilities

• Assist the Information Management Lead and Document Control Lead in managing project information and documentation in accordance with agreed procedures.

• Execute and provide the status of project tracking and archiving of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle (recording revisions, revision purposes, distribution and transmittal histories) in accordance of project requirements.
