Job Scope:
In a challenging and multi-cultural environment, we seek a Business Analyst to join our Core Banking IT department which is in charge of developing and maintaining the International Back Office Cash Management System. This information system is deployed in several business units all around the world. The system has multiple modules to manage reference data, commercial back office functions (payments, remittances, loans, deposits, guarantees, letters of credit), accounting, management control and credit risk monitoring. The system caters to local regulatory reporting needs and head office reporting, based on a data warehouse.

The candidate will be in charge of analyzing the requirements, writing specifications and test scenarios/cases, maintaining and building the cash management ecosystem of the bank. The role will focus primarily on functional analysis, quality assurance of the build, and delivery required for the evolutions of the in-house applications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute business analysis best practices and engagement of stakeholders across front-to-back functions.

Job Qualifications:
The position requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant business analyst experience with banking IT systems e.g., payment systems and core banking applications.

Key Functional Skills:

• Must have end-to-end payments system knowledge with detailed insights on payment file format ISO20022, SWIFT and SEPA payments. Experience with payments field/value mapping and validations.
• Must have hands-on experience on payment systems and exposure to payments hub, clearing and settlement, automated clearing house programs and channels.
• Must have good knowledge on payment lifecycle (client > clearing) for high value payments. Also, experience on handling R-Msgs.
• Must have proficiency in functional and system integration testing of banking and financial applications, as well as user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Must have excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and software testing lifecycle.
• Must have experience in breaking functional specification document (FSD) & EPICs into developable stories for developers by creating linkage and traceability of requirements.
• Should have high experience in creating Cucumber test cases (Gherkin) and working with developers in behavior driven development (BDD).
• Good to have experience in functional automation of test cases using SOAP UI / Selenium and other automation tools.
• Should be able to connect dots from bigger picture to smaller chunks and maintain change requirements.
• Experience in following areas is a plus - Corporate Banking, Corporate Commercial Payments, International & Domestic Payments, Payment Hub/Factory, Correspondent Banking, Real-Time Payments, Cash & Liquidity Management, Compliance/AML, FX, & Messaging (Swift and ISO).

Minimum qualifications:

• 10-15 years of Proven track record of managing large scale clients at an agency level
• Experience in FMCG is good to have
• Experience in delivering actionable strategies; good storytelling in verbal and written form
• Understanding of the E2E of marketing communications, with ability to convert execution results to actionable insights that can successfully optimize the strategy / planning
• Experience of having led and coached mid / large sized teams
• Understanding and aptitude to translate existing & upcoming technology trends to media / business solutions
• Style - Must be confident and approachable, helpful and easy to work with

The Import Planning Manager is the cornerstone between campaigns emanating from UCAN, LATAM, and EMEA and campaigns for those titles in APAC markets. Through long-lead strategic partnerships with campaign lead(s) in the home market, the Import Planning Manager will identify, prioritize, and contribute to the strategic development of APAC import campaigns, ensuring that import campaigns are best set up for success and drive business impact in APAC.

As a regional thought partner to APAC XF Marketing teams and a regional representative for XF Marketing teams based in UCAN, LATAM, and EMEA, the Import Planning Manager will focus on the five core areas of responsibility below. The position is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

• Build strong working relationships with key Marketing stakeholders in export markets across UCAN, LATAM and EMEA.
• Inform upstream strategy for import title campaigns, acting as pan-APAC campaign lead during early strategic development - responsible for voicing the perspective & needs of APAC markets, as relates to campaign strategy, positioning, the creative suite and/or scheduling.
• In close partnership with campaign lead(s) in the home market, provide regional input into campaign briefs - setting campaigns up for success to resonate in APAC.

IMPORT CAMPAIGN HUB

• Strong APAC IQ/EQ, ability to distill the complexities of the region ex-APAC.
• Proactively seek to understand APAC market strategies, nuances and ambitions for import campaigns, ensuring that campaign lead(s) in the home market are aware of, and aligned with, this information.
• Throughout campaign development and rollout, focus on strategic and creative efficiency across APAC: identifying great ideas that can scale and being able to socialise, absorb, organise, and address cross-functional feedback for the benefit of campaign lead(s) in the home market.
• Maintain an overview of global core campaign ideas and champion the opt-in and/or execution of those ideas within APAC.
• Strong understanding of import campaign execution in region, which can be consolidated & communicated to regional partners, e.g. Content & MarComms LT.

REGIONAL MARKETING HUB

• Strong APAC IQ/EQ, ability to distill the complexities of the region ex-APAC.
• Full knowledge of the global content slate & key business initiatives.
• Holistic purview on APAC market strategies, nuances, and ambitions for new/ongoing slate initiatives alongside broader business initiatives.
• Strong understanding of non-single-title project execution in region, which can be consolidated & communicated to regional partners / LT.
• Lead, distill, and socialize project inspiration, performance, and learnings.

REGIONAL CENTREPOINT FOR BRAND, ADS, GAMING & PRODUCT MARKETING

• Regional point person for centralized Brand initiative input & comms.
• Regional leadership of Product Mktg comms & partnership with Ads team.
• Proactive approach in Gaming oversight for the region.
• Pan-APAC Marketing lead for live programming initiatives.
• Pan-APAC Marketing lead for global initiatives (e.g. TUDUM, Geeked Week).

TITLE & CAMPAIGN ANALYSIS

• Through long-lead planning, proactively identify titles for APAC import and socialise title-specific detail to best equip teams for decision-making and budget allocation.
• Lead, distill and socialise import campaign performance and learnings.

WORKFLOW OPTIMISATION

• Seek innovation opportunities in the way that we work cross-functionally on import campaigns by identifying new workflows to bring optimisations and efficiencies.
