· Project implementation to ensure the successful and smooth delivery of systems/projects through effective planning, management and deployment of resources

· Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment faults after project handover

· Familiar with safety regulations and process. Prepare and submit project safety documents

· Manage project-related submission and paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored

· Works closely with the Project Team, Manufacturers and Vendors to deliver Customer’s expectation within timeline

· Involves in technical specifications review of the project scope

· Continuous improvement on the project tracking method and reporting

· Provide operational and maintenance training to customers

Requirements

· Minimum ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent

· Minimum 2 years project management experience

· Good interpersonal skills and pro-active in problem solving

· A team player

· Good coordination and follow-up skills

· Able to work independently and within tight deadlines

· Able to hand-on and perform physical works

· Willing to work irregular hours if required

• To assist direct supervisor for project administrative, and operational matters
• To co-ordinate with Sales Team, sub-Contractors, Supplier to ensure timely delivery, and quality of the work.
• To update project progress status, consolidate outstanding issues, update summary report.
• Track and recognize project costs.
• Sourcing and placing orders for accessories/sub-contractors, etc.
• Managing email correspondence, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
• Participating in weekly meetings to report on and update project progress.
• Performing administrative duties, including communication with clients.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

Position: Project Engineer

Location: Worksites primarily at Pasir Ris or Woodlands

Salary: $3,500 - $5,000 (commensurate with experience)

Work Schedule:

• 5.5 Days

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, preventative maintenance, equipment modifications, parts overhauls, and repair work to ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Lead and manage the planning process for new construction projects.

• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring cost efficiency and timely completion.

• Maintain effective communication with the project team and stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and fostering collaboration.

• Clearly define roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities for project team members to ensure clarity and alignment.

• Gather, analyze, and evaluate data to support construction project planning and assessments.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry (or cleanroom environments) is an advantage.

• Certifications in QAQC or Safety will be an advantage.

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

• A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.

• Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
