This role requires excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of electrical project processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project planning, including scope, timeline, and budget development for electrical projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, track project milestones, and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment for electrical installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality guidelines.
• Schedule and organize project meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes.
• Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans.
• Manage communication between all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.
• Assist in preparing project reports, invoices, and other required documentation.

- To assist and contribute to execute the works relating to the project coordination between each department and classification, working out and monitor project schedule and planning.

- To control documentations of the equipment and material.

Duties:

• To compile vendor's manual and drawings for delivery documentation
• To issue Purchase Requisition Forms for all purchase.
• Follow-up & close all OFE related GDN.
• Arrange project punch list follow-up.
• Prepare & follow-up on Subcontractor contract development, and payment
• Other office work administration

The role of a Project Executive is to generate project plans and budgets, and be expected to deliver upon these structured development will provide strategic guidance to teams and project manage in ways that promote the company’s culture. He/She will also oversee the progress of operations.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.

• Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure successful delivery of project outputs to schedule and within budgets.
• Develop detailed work breakdown structures and project plans to ensure delivery of agreed outcomes, working closely with clients and the executive team.
• Set budgets for programmes and agree costs with PM Lead and COO
• Identify mulate, organize and monitor inter-connected project
• Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
• Coordinate cross-project activities
• Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
• Apply change, risk and resource management
• Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
• Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
• Prepare reports for program directors
