Instructions must be given to site personnel in a manner that is easy to understand and the person needs to ensure his instructions are understood correctly. This person will also help the Project Manager with any issues that may arise on site.

Job Scope:

Duties

Reporting to the Project Manager.

· Collect and analyse operational data from HVAC systems to assess system performance and identify opportunities for improvements.

· Conduct audits or re-commissioning work focusing on HVAC systems.

· Perform initial data assessments of clients' cooling systems to measure current efficiency levels.

· Identify energy efficiency improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.

· Perform cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the technical feasibility and financial impact of proposed improvement plan.

· Contribute to preparing high-level, cost-effective design proposals and improvement strategies for potential clients as part of business development efforts.

· Ensure all technical solutions align with Singapore’s regulatory and industry standards.

· Collaborate closely with the regional project team, to support project planning and client engagement.

· Engage in training and development activities to improve technical skills and expand knowledge.

· Site coordination, project schedule planning, coordinate site works.

· Participate in technical discussions and supports to stakeholders on HVAC system configurations, energy efficiencies and energy-saving objectives.

· Assist in managing specific projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and achievement of set objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree holder in Engineering (Building Services Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Controls) or relevant disciplines with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Sound engineering knowledge and fundamental understanding of energy efficiency principles.

· Prior experience in engineering consulting work, building management system or facility operation will be advantageous.

· Candidates with less experience will be considered for an alternative position.

· Excellent time management, planning and organising ability.

· Strong communication, presentation, project and people management skills.

· High motivation to learn and adapt to challenges.

· Willingness to travel overseas when required.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Descriptions:

· Planning and create schedule to meet project timelines

· Preparation site documents for job awarded and on-going projects as per main-con request

· Able to resolve site issues during the contract period

· Communicate & Negotiate with consultants and client on contractual matters

· Arrange manpower to sites

· Report to top management with regards to work site progress

· Be responsible for tracking, recording, and managing the progress and quality of the work.

· Min 5 years relevant working experience

· Excellent leadership to lead & guide project engineers, management and good communication skills, project management and coordination

Job Scope: Project Coordinator – Mediapro AV Pte. Ltd.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the execution of AV projects. This role involves close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest

standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

◦ Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

◦ Coordinate resources, including equipment and personnel, for project execution.

◦ Schedule and oversee project milestones to ensure deadlines are met.

2. Client and Stakeholder Communication:

◦ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and updates.

◦ Facilitate clear communication between clients, internal teams, and vendors.

◦ Ensure client requirements and expectations are understood and fulfilled.

3. Resource Management:

◦ Work with technical and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of AV equipment.

◦ Monitor resource allocation to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

◦ Address logistical challenges to maintain smooth project flow.

4. On-Site Support and Supervision:

◦ Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.

◦ Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.

◦ Coordinate with technicians and vendors to ensure seamless operations.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

◦ Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and updates.

◦ Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients.

◦ Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.

6. Quality Assurance:

◦ Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.

◦ Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
