• Partner to Consult with business teams to sieve the need vs want in business demand, towards application of digital, data analytics & innovation capabilities to solve for the problem statement
• Frame the need into demand & scope to enable the Capability teams (of Integrated Market Research, Forecasting & Visualisation, Applied Data Science, DDA Engineering, Omnichannel- HCP & Consumer, Marketing Transformation & Idea Studio Venture Capital Fund) to deliver the applied DDA solve on-time
• Most importantly, enable Customer Success by embedding & scaling DDA products in everyday operations so that they become business-as-usual
• And, continually enable change management by shaping mindsets & toolsets, in partnership with DDA Capability & Commercial teams to develop and implement applied DDA solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in leading P&L specialised in Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, with subject matter expertise across Digital, Data Analytics, Innovation
• Deep understanding of Vietnam, Philippines & Region.
• With an ability to synthesize data/ insights into actionable business recommendations backed by Structured problem-solving skills and analytical rigor
• Capability to communicate, collaborate and drive adoption and change across a range of local, regional, and global functions, with the empathy and sensitivity for cultural differences and can rally teams to action and outcomes
• Excellent project and people management skills, with intellectual curiosity and the ability to create a vision as well as execute complex initiatives in matrix structures and a get things done attitude
• Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, IT, or other-related disciplines; an MBA from an accredited university is ideal

Part-Time Internship Opportunity: Communications and Event Management

We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a flair for communication and a knack for managing events to join our team as a part-time intern. The selected candidate will primarily be involved in the communications work of the foundation’s Education investment projects, and supporting the successful execution of events tied to the key initiatives of the Foundation.

This 6-month internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in philanthropy and the social service sector while contributing to impactful initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

Support Communications

· Craft and supporting communications for our key Education initiatives, with a focus on engaging and nurturing the Foundation’s community.

· Showcase the impact of our work on social media platforms, ensuring it resonates with a broader audience.

· Maintain and update the stakeholder and partner database, while proposing ways to enhance its efficiency and usability

Event management

· Event Planning , managing logistics and participation communications to ensure smooth and successful outcomes.

Others.

· Support ad-hoc tasks related to the foundation’s broader initiatives and goals as needed.

Involvement in other projects may be included depending on the intern’s learning goals.
