• Assist project engineer/manager in the execution of projects
• Lead a team of operation members to perform onsite services of sustainability projects
• Lead and allocate available resources effectively through proper planning & scheduling to meet dateline
• Ensure all necessary materials and tools arrive at job site
• Conduct risk assessment and ensure onsite safety of team members and overall operations in accordance to workplace regulations
• Ensure technical activities are carried out on site as planned
• Identify and solve technical problems
• Provide updated weekly/monthly project progress report
• Perform routine maintenance

Requirements:-

• 3 - 6 years' experience in handling project works
• Familiar with hand tools and basic construction techniques
• Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to adapt well to changing circumstances and direction

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes, plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives, regularly schedule and attend meetings between stakeholders, clients, employees and the Project Manager.
• Getting necessary approval (NCE, LTA Approval, NPark and Special Approvals) for the site teams, and special approvals like GTP, MPA and LPB clearances and request for, TPOM Officers coordination for standing supervision.
• Maintain records and renew any expired approvals/permits that are required (C&G NCE, Telecom, GTP, LPB LOAs).SP Officers coordination regarding the following schedule of works (ROA Schedules, Reinstatement) for Distribution Projects.
• Coordinating with LTA and NPark officers regarding the ROA queries raised by authorities, and get approval on time.
• Providing support to project managers and operation team when requested.
• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary, and sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams.
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
• Regularly schedule and attend meetings between stakeholders, clients, employees and the Project Manager.
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, meeting minutes and emails.
• Providing support to project managers and operation team when requested.
• Being point of contact for various working groups.
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB)
• Minimum 3 year of experience in constructions or civil engineering
• Those with experience in underground utilities especially gas pipes will be advantageous
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Service-oriented client relationship and people
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license

• 6 days work week
• Working location: Sungei Kadut (with company transportation provided at Woodlands and Kranji MRT Station)

The title holder will manage ACMV/HVAC retrofit project works locally. He/She will report directly to the project manager based in Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist project manager in monitoring and implementing overall project.
• Liaise with customer on project delivery details and coordinate installation schedules.
• Plan and manage overall project deliverables in a timely basis.
• Perform inspection on incoming materials received at site.
• Manage subcontractors work schedule, inspect work quality against contracted expectations.
• Check for defects in work and work with contractors to rectify defect list promptly.
• Verify progress claims against work delivered.
• Test and commission system as required.
• Upkeep level of customer satisfaction and promptly resolve any feedbacks/complaints.
• Prepare OMM and drawings for hand over to customer.
• Prepare risk assessment, method of work and complete necessary permits applications.
• Attend regular update meetings with customer.
• Conduct energy audits for project sites

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in relevant Engineering disciplines
• Flexible, analytical and efficient in problem solving
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Able to work independently within a team environment
• 3-5 years of working experience in project management or related field
• ACMV/HVAC knowledge is advantageous
