• Assist Project Manager in project planning and coordination of all works on site
• Manage day-to-day operations
• Attend all client, consultants, sub-contractors and site meetings
• Manage, monitor, delegate and motivate the construction project team and support quality and productivity improvement matters
• Deploy required resources such as manpower, machinery & equipment in accordance to the project requirements
• Promote strong safety culture to construction project team and to ensure site safety and environmental control measures are in place at all times
• Promote QC checks and to ensure proper documentation control on-site
• Verify and approve periodical asessment of progress claims of sub-contractors with the Project QS till the settlement of final account
• Responsible for any other role as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time
