Project Coordinator (China Liaison)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Coordinator familiar with China-related affairs to coordinate and manage exchange programs between China and Singapore. This includes organizing study tours, arranging business visits for Chinese delegations, and collaborating with local travel agencies in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with Chinese study tour groups to arrange their visits in Singapore, including planning itineraries for schools and institutions.

2. Assist in organizing visits for Chinese business delegations and facilitating exchanges with Singaporean enterprises.

3. Collaborate with local travel agencies in Singapore to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

4. Execute and oversee events on-site to ensure client satisfaction.

5. Prepare project plans, reports, and summaries, while providing recommendations for follow-up services.

Job Requirements:

1. Familiarity with Chinese affairs and culture, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills.

2. At least 3 years of relevant experience; a background in the tourism or education industry is preferred.

3. Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to draft project reports and communication materials effectively.

4. Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

5. Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

About the Role: We're seeking a skilled Project Contractor to join our team in providing exceptional laundry services. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who combines technical expertise with a customer-service mindset.

What You'll Do:

1. Equipment Management Oversee the procurement, installation, and setup of hardware and software systems
   Ensure all machines are properly installed and operating efficiently
   Conduct regular testing and cleaning of equipment to maintain premium washing and drying services
   
2. Technical Support Provide prompt resolution to technical issues
   Perform preventive maintenance and repairs
   Collaborate with the Business Manager to align equipment deployment with operational plans
   
3. Quality Assurance Test and maintain equipment to ensure high-quality laundry services
   Implement maintenance schedules to prevent service interruptions
   Regular reporting to Hong Kong headquarters on operational progress
   

Location: Singapore (Free Trade Agreement/Investment Agreement Markets)

Employment Details:

• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Monthly Salary: $3,000
• CPF contributions provided for Singapore employees
