Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Certificates must be recognized by PE Board).
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in construction planning and project coordination
• Highly experienced and proficient in the use of Primavera P6 for projects planning
• Independent, resulted-oriented and self-driven team player
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Salary package commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

Identify New Opportunities

• Research and identify potential markets, industries, and strategic partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive intelligence, and feasibility studies to inform and support business case development.

Strategic Planning

• Develop and refine business development strategies to achieve the company’s growth targets and objectives.
• Create, present, and communicate comprehensive business proposals and strategic plans to senior management.

Project Management

• Lead and manage business development projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and actively track and report on progress.
• Identify potential project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve any challenges or issues that arise.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to foster long-term collaboration and growth.

Financial Management

• Prepare and manage budgets for business development projects, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
• Analyze financial data, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in business development, project management, or a related role.
• Proven experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders,
• Strong expertise in market research, sales strategies, and negotiation principles
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
