Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Budget and Planning Consultant to join our team and contribute to designing, developing, and optimizing solutions using IBM Planning Analytics (IBM PA). You will analyse business requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations. As a Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders to implement effective solutions, ensure successful user acceptance testing, and support all phases of project delivery. This role also offers the opportunity to reskill candidates with experience in other planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Jedox, or Adaptive Planning to IBM PA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis and Solution Design

· Analyse business requirements and design tailored solutions using IBM Planning Analytics.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and recommend optimization strategies.

· Utilize Business Process Design tools to enhance project outcomes.

2. Development and Testing

· Provide guidance to developers during the build and unit test phases.

3. Project Engagement

· Lead requirement gathering, functional design, system configuration, and testing activities.

Mandatory Skills:

IBM Planning Analytics Expertise:

· 5 to 6 years of experience as an IBM PA consultant, with a proven ability to understand business processes, gather requirements, and deliver end-to-end solutions.

· Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

· Knowledge and experience in EPM tools and methodologies.

Business Process and Model Strategy:

· Experience with business process design and tools for process analysis and strategy development.

Planning Tool Expertise:
