Requirements

Responsible for organizing and managing project management activities, ensuring that projects are executing smoothly and efficiently against an agreed plan and budget. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct cost estimation and feasibility study meeting

REQUIREMENT:

- Degree / Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering

- Min 3 years experience with basic knowledge in Unigraphics, Solidworks, Molding & Tool making

Responsibilities

• To ensure smooth operation of site activities.

Media Buying (Offline and/or Online)

• The day-to-day media buying for the agency
• Deliver excellent master contract pricing through negotiation and relationships with media owners, wherever applicable

About the role

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Responsible and support project development activities for projects of Project Management Office, Singapore and Southeast Asia.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible and support in project development activities including pre-feasibility/ feasibility studies, technical due diligence, cost estimation, site survey, technical proposal to customer, project / EPC scoping strategy, vendor selection and review, determine LCOE, budgetary quotation review and clarifications, and all related technical support and solutions etc.
• Wind projects development to enable identification, site exclusivity, development, consent, construction and operation of onshore and offshore assets
• Working with the technical teams and commercial team to provide inputs on the FEED activities, as well as contracts negotiation to mitigate risks
• Project costing, scheduling and manage the relevant stakeholders both internally and externally
• Manage the tender process and tender assessment for EPC contractors, surveys and studies
• Participate in review on inter-disciplines design/ engineering/ constructability to consider safety, quality, performance, reliability, flexibility of operation with optimal project and life cycle cost.
• Evaluation of new technology and innovation solutions via strong engineering first principles and fundamentals
• Participate in and review of HAZOP, QRA, EIA studies.
• Familiar with energy resource simulation and and optimisation tools.
• Ensure all activities carried out are in full compliance to all regulatory and authority requirement.
• All value engineering and strategic plan developed shall ensure Capex remain competitive, sustainable and meets company business and operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, project management discipline or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in energy business and/or renewables related project development
• Experience within project/ development management environment, in renewables business, ideally on Wind projects development and execution.
• Experience in renewable energy, energy & utilities, and process plant projects are preferred.

Summary:

This role is part of the GM Resilience program, focused on standardizing and enhancing automation for Equity Derivatives trade processing in China, with future extensions to other APAC locations. The candidate will drive systems implementation, stock migration, and governance, ensuring robust operational processing models and technical transformations for Equity Derivatives.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and prepare high-level functional specifications.
• Develop and manage project plans, delivery coordination, and governance.
• Coordinate with IT teams, front office, operations, and finance stakeholders for onboarding and capacity planning.
• Oversee test management for the front-to-finance chain.
